This group of pets includes all species of birds except poultry.
Poultry means birds of these species: fowl, turkeys, guinea fowl, ducks, geese, quails, pigeons, pheasants, partridges and ratites (Ratitae).

Certain species
For certain bird species, CITES import or (re-)export permits are required if travelling with them.
It is the Danish Nature Agency that is responsible for the CITES rules.
